FOCUS Online hat den aktuellen Stand zu den verschiedenen Maßnahmen für alle Länder im Überblick (Stand: 24. März).

Alle Bundesländer haben eigene Hilfsprogramme für betroffene Unternehmen, Selbständige, Freiberufler und zum Teil auch Künstler auf die Beine gestellt. Diese Soforthilfen werden häufig ebenfalls in Form von direkten Zuschüssen gezahlt. Teilweise überlappen sie sich mit den Maßnahmen des Bundes oder stellen eine Erweiterung dar – und sollen nun „synchronisiert“ werden.

Das Zuschussprogramm gilt für Solo-Selbstständige und Kleinunternehmen bis zu 10 Mitarbeitern für alle Wirtschaftsbereiche sowie Solo-Selbständige und Angehörige der Freien Berufe bis zu zehn Beschäftigten. Das Programm umfasst bis zu 50 Milliarden Euro. Im Detail sieht man vor:

bis 9000 Euro Einmalzahlung für drei Monate bei bis zu fünf Beschäftigten,
bis 15.000 Euro Einmalzahlung für drei Monate bei bis zu zehn Beschäftigten.

Die Soforthilfen müssen nicht zurückgezahlt werden. Voraussetzung für den Zuschuss ist aber, dass der Betrieb oder der Selbstständige sich vor März 2020 noch nicht in wirtschaftlicher Schieflage befand. Der Schaden muss in einem direkt im Zusammenhang mit der Corona-Krise stehen. Als Stichtag gilt der 11. März.
